Forever Cloud
Forever Cloud for long term retention allows users to copy on-premise backups to the highly available Unitrends Cloud, an infrastructure designed to keep backups for an infinite number of years. This removes the burden of long-term retention management from you and extends on-premise retention to the cloud, reducing capital expense and operating costs while providing a cost effective alternative to sending tapes off site for long term retention. Forever Cloud is also extremely affordable and delivers cost predictability by handling the complex dynamic of managing cloud storage as data increases over time. In 500 GB increments, Forever Cloud users pay only for the amount of data they need to protect and retain from their production environment.
No Limits Cloud
Our No Limits Cloud offers cloud storage that dynamically scales to the capacity of your on-premise Recovery Series or Unitrends Backup appliance. All of the data stored on your appliance is replicated in the No Limits Cloud. You can easily see what data is protected in the cloud, and use our new self-service cloud tools to restore that data.
Disaster Recovery Services (DRaaS) Add-On
Streamline your DR practices and simplify your infrastructure with backup and recovery in the cloud. No Limits Cloud and Forever Cloud can be enhanced with optional Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and ReliableDR. DRaaS allows for the rapid spin-up of critical applications within the cloud at a cost significantly lower than building a second DR environment. ReliableDR ensures that critical recovery SLAs are being met at all times via automated, application level testing and recovery in our DR environment.

Long Term Data Retention
Store backup copies offsite easily by simply identifying which data should be retained in the cloud. Unitrends will apply a default retention policy for all backups stored in Forever Cloud: a set of 7 daily, a set of 4 weekly, 12 monthly and unlimited annual backups will be preserved securely.
Minimize WAN Data Transfer
Manage WAN bandwidth more efficiently with advanced WAN Optimization including compression and advanced variable block source deduplication. Granular replication as often as every 60 seconds provides near-continuous data protection to meet any demanding RPO and transfers only changed data. Optional cloud seeding allows you to ship your initial set of data to us on disks overnight instead of taking weeks to transfer over the Internet.

All our data centers are SSAE-16 SOC 2 certified and validated to meet best-in-class security standards. All data is secured with the latest military grade encryption with AES-256 encryption of data in-flight and at-rest. Unitrends is here to help you 24x7x365 with white glove services that include cloud seeding services and DRaaS services to help you recover in the event of a disaster.
